Terms and Conditions

Warranty:

KM3KM Electronics LLC guarantees that Electronics products are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable.

• Initial Inspection: All MERCURY products are rigorously tested before shipping to ensure proper functionality. If you encounter any issues, you must notify KM3KM Electronics LLC within 48 hours of receiving the product at [email protected]. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the problem being attributed to the customer.

• Warranty Repairs: If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be repaired at no labor cost and returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from KM3KM.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Natural occurrences (lightning, floods, fire, etc.).

• Improper installation, modifications, vandalism, or use outside of the specifications outlined in the manual.

• Issues determined by the internal logging system as caused by operator error.

LDMOS Device Warranty:

LDMOS devices will be factory-new and guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

• If the LDMOS fails due to operator error or installation issues, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of the device. However, no labor charges will be applied during or after the warranty period.

• Post-Warranty Repairs: After the warranty period, customers are responsible for parts and shipping costs, but labor remains free. This includes second-hand owners of MERCURY products.

Repair Return Process:

When sending a product for repair:

1. Ensure it is securely packed, preferably in the original packaging.

2. Include a note with your name, address, email, phone number, and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Damage caused by improper packaging during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations:

If an order is canceled during the manufacturing process, the customer will be responsible for covering PayPal transaction fees. KM3KM Electronics LLC will not absorb these costs.

Changes and Updates:

KM3KM Electronics LLC reserves the right to make changes or improvements to product design, manufacturing processes, or manuals at any time without obligation to apply these updates to previously manufactured products.

Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing products from KM3KM Electronics LLC, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions, effective as of 01/01/2025.
